When routine maintenance isn’t enough, our deep cleaning service removes heavier dirt and buildup from HVAC components to help improve airflow and system performance. Depending on the system, deeper access or additional disassembly may be needed.

When Is a Deep Clean Needed?

Heavy buildup

Dirt and debris on coils or other components may call for more intensive cleaning than routine Maintenance provides.

Beyond routine access

Some affected areas require panels or components to be removed before they can be cleaned thoroughly.

Routine Maintenance or Deep Clean?

See Maintenance

Maintenance

  • Routine care based on the equipment and its condition.
  • Cleaning of accessible components, when appropriate.
  • Relevant operating checks and findings explained.

Deep Clean

  • More intensive cleaning for heavier buildup.
  • Deeper access or disassembly when required.
  • Cleaning methods selected for the affected components.

What a deeper cleaning can involve

Equipment type, buildup and access determine the cleaning scope. The work is tailored to the affected components rather than applied as the same treatment to every machine.

NRB reviews where buildup is present and which coils or other components need more intensive cleaning.

Some equipment requires additional panel or component removal. Cassette and other hard-to-reach equipment can require a different access plan.

Chemicals, water or pressure washing may be used when appropriate for the equipment and condition. The proposed method and included areas are explained before the cleaning begins.

What to Expect During a Deep Clean

The initial on-site visit costs $150 and includes a complete equipment review and diagnosis. Deep Clean work is quoted separately based on the scope you approve.

  3. Clean the approved areas

NRB carries out the agreed cleaning using the appropriate method for the equipment.

  4. Reassemble and review

Accessed components are reassembled and the completed work is reviewed.
